A spectacular bay dominated by the monumental Aragonese Tower, still crowning the so-called Red Island and protecting the mouth of the River Temo, costantly furrowed and animated by the traditional boats of local fishermen floading out towards the open sea or getting into the charming medieval town of Bosa, attracted by the colorful houses of its picturesque old district and the slender towers and massive walls of its legendary Malaspina Castle.
