Nioleo Turismo Rurale

Loc. san simplicio sn Siniscola – La Caletta

Nioleo is a new structure of Rural Tourism immersed in the beautiful Mediterranean vegetation typical of eastern Sardinia with its characteristic scents and colors where natural peace and silence are broken only by the sounds of the countryside. It takes its name from the homonymous heel limestone that dominates the valley, reflecting in the crystal clear water of our pool. Located a few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Nioleo enjoys a unique landscape, nestled as it is between the limestone formations of Montalbo and the homonymous valley of Nioleo, and with a privileged view of the beautiful beach that goes from the small village of Santa Lucia to La Caletta di Siniscola. Nioleo originally was an old sheepfold with adjoining barn, located in the middle of a farm used mainly for agro-pastoral use. Recently, the new property has completely renovated the buildings with quality materials, preserving the original structure typical of the area, in full respect of the environment and redeveloping the surrounding land by planting a new olive grove and a small orchard. Our guests are offered the possibility to stay in one of the seven apartments that overlook the Central Court. Each of these is identified with an element of the typical Mediterranean flora recalling images and colors in its furnishings.
To make the stay of our guests even more pleasant, there is a refreshment area with a beautiful panoramic veranda overlooking the beautiful swimming pool.
