Residenza Gli Eucalipti is located in Alghero in front of the wonderful soft and white beach of Lido and Maria Pia.
The historical centre of Alghero. which plays host to a wealth of monuments, shops and restaurants, and offers a range of other sights and tourist services, is situated at 1.800 meters away and it can be reached walking along the enchanting seafront or by public bus service every 30 minutes. Numerous bathing resorts, in the immediate vicinity of the complex, offer the possibility to hire sun loungers, sun beds and parasols. Moreover, there is a sailing school and the opportunity to practice water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and diving. Close to the residence, there are supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, tobacconists and gift/souvenir shops. The 3-storey building houses a total of 41 stylishly decorated and fully furnished apartments complete with satellite TV, safety deposit box, heating and air conditioning. The corner kitchenettes, with electric hob and fridge, come complete with sufficient crockery, dishes and cutlery for the number of guests staying. The complex features indoor private parking (on request) and an internal swimming pool (complete with paddling pool) open from 01/04 to 31/10. Small pets are admitted free of charge.
There are three different types of apartments, sleeping 4, 6 or 8 guests.
The two-room apartment (sleeping 4) comprises a double bedroom, lounge with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony with table and chairs.
The three-room apartment (sleeping 6) comprises two double bedrooms, lounge with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony with table and chairs.
The four-room apartment (sleeping 8) comprises three double bedrooms, lounge with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and two balconies with tables and chairs.
